Welcome to Smart and Simple Hotels in Tunbridge Wells. The newest bed and breakfast accommodation in Tunbridge wells. The refurbishment of our 40 bedroom hotel was completed in October 2006. The refurbishments added three conference/meeting rooms a small gym and 40 en-suite rooms.

As one of the newest hotels in Tunbridge Wells we offer quality bed and breakfast accommodation in Kent at a keen price. We can accommodate your wedding party, meeting, conference or visiting friends and family. Be sure to take a good look through our website.
