    Together in an Electric Dream

This isnt a post about the song 'Together in an Electric Dream' or the 1984 film 'Electric Dreams' You 80's kids will hopefully have some idea of what I'm going on about. If not check out the song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9foZ7KVSng

    Back to the real subject..

Too small, too slow, too expensive to buy, too inconvenient to run: electric cars are often viewed with amusement.

The Government has announced a sweetener of up to £5,000 for people in this Country to ditch their petrol and diesel cars and take up ownership of an electric vehicle.

So would this £5000 sweetener make you depart with your fancy cars and join the tree huggers and old people of this Country who already own a electric car.

If I could have the Back to the Future Delorean car then I might be tempted to ditch my petrol guzzler! But until then the electric car is a complete waste of time and should be thrown on the scrap heap with the Sinclair C5 and the Betamax video player!

The goverment wants to give me £5000 to buy a electric car? There has to be a catch somewhere! The first being the cars are rubbish, unreliable and being a car to save the planet! Isnt using electricity causing global warming? Doesnt make sence to me! Back to the drawing board!
    Dont look back!
