What is everyone's views on the property market in Kent?.

Are you feelingthe pinch on your property prices as a result of the credit crunch or do you think it is yet to hit the region properly?.

we are currently renting in tunbridge wells and waiting to buy.

our landlord phoned last week telling us he needs to sell some property due to credit crunch etc

we only have a 2 bed penthouse he offered it to us at 300k the same as what he paid 3 years ago!!!!

i think he may have forgoten that he had an estate agent value this place 5 months ago at 200k with me present

dont really like the flat its a stop gap till be buy a nice family home.

estate agent told us to hold out till november
