I am not being racist but some of the calls you get from foreigners asking if you want to buy mobile phones are rather horrific - but hilarious at the same time. They have one dialogue and little understanding of anything else.
Ages ago I said to one, "I have no job, I have no money to pay you £20 a month, I cannot afford a contract"
And he replied, "The phone is free, it is top model, you just pay £20 a month ok?"
The only call centres I have dialled to are 118 and a few insurance companies. Would a foreign vs english call centre sway which company you choose? Do you think this is where competition lies?
