    Favourite One Hit Wonder

    Following on from First album, First single andWorst album, I now give you a chance to tell me about your favourite one hit wonder. There have been some real classics and plenty of real stinkers over the past.

    Heres a few stinkers.

    • The Firm (Star Treking)
    • Baltimora (Tarzan Boy)
    • Joe Dolce (Shut Up Ya Face)
    • Renex (Cotton Eye Joe)
    • Eifel 65 (Blue Da Ba Dee)
    • Renee and Renato (Saving All Your Love)
    • Don Johnson (Heatbeat)
    • 2 in a room (Wiggle It)
    • KWS (Please Dont Go)
    • Big Mountain (Baby I Love Your Way)

    Heres a few classics (In my eyes)

    • Krush (House Arrest)
    • Martha and the Muffins (Echo Beach)
    • Rock Steady Crew (Hey You)
    • Nena (99 Red Balloons)
    • Alphaville (Big in Japan)
    • Harold Faltermeyer (Axel F)
    • Sly Fox (Let's Go All The Way)

    Theres many many more.

    So What are your favourite one hit wonders?

    LOL, it's amazing how some people can write a classic and then not be able to follow it up. TV is the same though, look at the guy who wrote Only Fools And Horses, the best he can follow it up with is that Green, Green Grass rubbish....

    Your right, Only Fools would never be easy to follow up. but you think he could of done better than the green green grass!! the first series was awful but the BBC still comisioned a second series!! Fools.LOL

    Mines got to be 'Three Lions' by Badiel and Skinner. It has been a hit more than once but I will alway remember for Euro 96.

     And the guy who wrote Only Fools and Horses wrote loads of other crap shows before he peaked with the crap he's writing now although the one about the mini cab firm was pretty good but its name escapes me.

    Sly Fox! Now thats a blast from the past.None of the song made much sence! Still didnt stop me taping it off the chart run down with Bruno Brookes.lol Did I just say tape?

    You look a bit like Chesney in his heyday and did John Sullivan write Citizen Smith?
